Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Shipment will be made within 7 working days after we receive money in our account.
2. Billing and shipment is from Chennai.
3. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
4. We do not refund money paid. However, we will replace handset, if there are any manufacturing defects only.
5. Price paid include VAT and Octroi (if applicable) only.
6. We will take utmost can in shipping and packing the new unit purchase. We are not responsible for loss or damage of item during transit.
7. For any product or payment complaint, users can write to menon@pomogranet.in. We will respond within 7 working days after verifying the details.
8. Legal jurisdiction for any complaint will be courts in Chennai only.
